Just a shout out to SAC for great customer service!

Long story short, I brain-farted and over torqued the vise and it broke the top jaw at the hinge.

I contacted SAC, told them it was my fault.

Mark Gordon and Company (SAC) promptly sent me replacement parts for my vise!

I wish their action wrench held the recoil lug in place, I need to get tooled up to swap to a remage barrel on my 700 but don't want to have to pin the lug on.

I am half tempted to pin the lug just so I can buy their wrench

Mark and gang has done my last 5 builds. All shoot .25 moa.

Just wanted to add to this. Purchased Modular Headspace Comparator Kit. Got to say great work. Compared to what I have, before this one. Can't compare anything to it. Top notch in my book. Thanks SAC

They’re awesome. Was sad to hear that Sarah is no longer there. Put a down payment on a 223 kit and was quoted 8 months, and possibly even longer….Have mercy!

I was looking for an action wrench for a Howa 1500 but couldn’t find any until I came across SAC’s offering. The product is brilliant; fit, finish and function.
I’m in Australia and they had no qualms with shipping over here and are brilliant to deal with.

Very sad to hear Sarah is gone. She is great with customers, always fast to respond. I wish her well in whatever she is doing now.

I own several tools, and dies from SAC. Zero complaints and my custom sizing and seating dies are nothing short of amazing.

I decided to have them do a barreled action build in Oct of 2020. Nothing too special, .223 REM throated for 77 grain Sierras and set for Lapua brass (no neck turn). Decided to go with a Impact Precision action with 223 bolt face, a 26” Bartlein MTU 1-7.5 twist, threaded (5/8x24) and coated. I would install the muzzle brake, trigger / FCG and mount the barreled action in a AI 2.0 chassis and bed the tang if needed. Lady who took my order put together the invoice. I must say she was pretty darn good and knew her stuff. I paid it in full and the wait began. Got to July of 2021 and had not heard a peep so I decided to call to check in. Spoke with gentleman who had no record at all regarding my build. I was slightly annoyed. Forwarded him the email I received in July with the attached invoice. Called me back and let me know my invoice / build fell through the cracks with apologies of course and that they do not have the action and or barrel in stock and that they would have to be ordered. Rough times were quoted and I was fine with what was quoted. End of August I get a call all parts are in and they are getting my build into the que. Mid Oct of 2021 I get a call build is done, been QC’ed ready to ship to FFL.

In all I am very happy with SAC, I get it stuff happens, they owned it and made it right. Build is 100% complete and will be tossing rounds through it soon.
