Here is a short video that is not at all produced by some so called expert, but rather just explored by a rather curious normal guy. He does a pretty good job of explaining things in common every day simple ways of communication.

This is not 'my take'... if anyone has any further commentary or does have a position on it please post below.

there is so much background to all of these bullet points but it boils down to this is russia's cuban missile crisis...
In a sense, maybe. But let's just assume Russia acts like a big bag of dicks over and over and over again.

Let me equate it to this: Let's say the lunatic left were to gain complete control over our own banana republic (not a stretch) and they start (even more) attacking people and states that don't comply with their Orweilian bullshit. Then lets say they got what they were already asking for, to remove numerous members of the SCOTUS, so now everything from the 2A onto free speech is now completely gone and anyone not towing the line gets literally eliminated.

Then fast forward in this hypothetical situation and say Texas said 'FU' to them and decided to leave.

Would that not be a 'separatist movement'? Could they not claim the EXACT same things as are being claimed now? Is it really 'Western Aggression'?

What I would tend to think is over the past 25 years the world has become very homogeneous.

You can get a text message from around the world in seconds. You can go to Korea and see the latest hip hop act. Then you can go on Instagram or something and show everyone what you did. And if you lived in the Ukraine you could go over to Germany for the weekend and drink beer.

With that progression the people in these areas have migrated to identify a lot more with their European neighbors, more or less.

Now throw on top of that Putin and others acting like a big bag of dicks all the time, as well as the rampant corruption you wind up with people that want a change.

Good history lesson. It does seem from the screen shot below the Pooter would have done better to do this at the beginnign of winter, then he could have shut of Europe's gas. that would have been either checkmate or all out WWIII.

One aspect for us to keep on watching is Russian oil and gas exports. Particularly it's trade with China could be negatively impacted.

The West as a whole will have sanctions on Russia like no one has ever seen. At least in theory that will cut off a major supply of energy to China. That is until they completely ignore the sanctions. China in specific is extremely energy poor. If the West cuts off that supply it has the potential to create a whole new can of worms worth of problems.

To put that into perspective in 2021 China's biggest oil supplier was Saudi Arabia at 15.9% of their total oil imports. In a close second place was Russia with a 15.5% of the total.

All that gets threatened with Western sanctions on Russia and will have a direct impact on China.
