Should I neck turn Lapua 6.5 Creedmoor brass for a no turn Sami chamber?

Do any of you bother to clean it up to .013 or so? Or would I just be wasting my time.

No. For the size of targets we generally shoot at, neck turning is a complete waste of time (and doesn't necessarily guarantee an increase in accuracy).

More importantly; whatever direction you decide to go, make sure all Your bass has the same neck tension.

I took a skim cut off the necks after using an expander mandrel to push brass inconsistencies to the outside.

I have done it and did not see any improvement. Groups before and after were 0.250 MOA or less.

Not a requirement, I've never seen it make the brass less consistent.
I like .013 to .0135 area.

Yep, not required but part of my brass prep.

I turn necks, but only because I have a tight neck chamber. If a loaded round would chamber without turning, I wouldn't bother. If my brass had inconsistent neck wall thickness, I would get new brass. I believe that if your neck is uneven, the entire case has uneven thickness.
