There are several of these videos out there. We are currently planning a presentation for our high school with one of the cellular providers in our area. They have put together a program addressing texting while driving.
I have seen first hand the tragic results of texting and driving. Talk to your kids about it, urge them not to text and drive, make them watch any one of these videos. Contact your local Fire Dept, Law Enforcement Agancy, or cellular provider and ask them if they have and will put together one of these assemblies at the local high school.

Caught my oldest (17) checking texts, etc while driving. My 9 yr old and 15 yr old were riding with her and the 9 yr old told me about it. I came down hard on her and the phone and the car were parked for 3 months. Told her if it happens again the car is being sold. I don't have any patience with stupidity but first and foremost you endanger my kids...even if you are one of them.... and I am coming down hard.
