get in on this if you want a traditional lower with folding stock. the more people who get in on it, the cheaper it'll be. and this sucker will take ar mags.

Well thats interesting! Considering they are now making all of the 556 in the "Clasic" configuration I wonder what prompted this.

probably because it's made of steel. THe locking lug/shock of the classic is made of the steel but the receiver is aluminum. Steel grinding on aluminum = NOT GOOD. Also because it's more traditional looking. personally I'd go for the classic if it were stamped steel like the original for more durability.

Anyhow I think I'm going to be in for one. They're already seeing problems with the classic's receiver and the stock not locking in place right.
