Not surprised. Between Germany being upset over that Columbian transfer of German made Sigs thanks to Sig USA; and Germany not really interested in Sig's offerings, it was only time. Plus with Sig USA cranking out guns and doing the development of new products, it was only time before Sig Germany folded.
Sig Germany has issues, Sig USA should be good to go.
