For anyone using a Sig Kilo 2400ABS and wants to use the wind meter away from the phone you can use a 3.5mm headphone extension wire, but it has to be a 4-pole type (which supports data) not the regular 3-pole or older 2-pole which only support audio. The reason I wanted an extension was because I am using a iPhone 7 and I have to use the Lightning to 3.5mm Headphone Adapter and the little short adapter was making it difficult to use the wind meter so I figured why not use a long cable so I can hold it up where I want and they come in 1ft, 6ft, 10ft, 15ft, 20ft and 25ft lengths.
