These are great scopes for an AR basic gun, and what a deal. These are not going to compete with ATACR or Vortex Razor HD LPVO, but they are on a par with a Vortex Strike Eagle, and include a pretty decent mount. For gun who goes to the range from time to time, or if you have a basic AR rifle, this is for you. It will give you accurate shooting to mid-range, and let's face it, most AR15 shots are made 50 to 300 yards, and the difference in true quality glass is seen much more at the 18x to 30x range than the low power variable optic range.

Not sure if this bumps, but we have a good inventory of Sig MSR, in black, and now 1-6x in Coyote. You can spend more, but you will get a very decent image in the low magnification with a mount and an ACOG style reticle. Everyone can use one. Also, a great gift.
