Sidearms & Scatterguns Sig P226 sight heights?

I've got an old Sig P226 that the night sights have died on, and I'm looking to replace them. When I look at the replacements instead of having a height listed, they are listed as #6, #8, etc. How can I determine what I have now, for a direct replacement?

make sure you decide if you want the same combat sights or prefer target sights.

Thanks for that link! Makes sense now. Pistol shoots fine, and I'll probably just stick with a direct replacement.
