Sight on a Swedish M96 modified 1938

Hello

Before add a scope, I would like to put a good sight on mine.

I'm looking for a sight or the part moving on it to scale the range.

Do you know someone or a shop to buy it/some?

check the Swedish forum at Gunboards.com. Those guys can send you in the right direction. I know these pop up on Ebay and Gunbroker from time to time, but don't know of a shop that carries them on a regular basis (at least in the U.S. and some of them are funny about shipping any gun part out of the country).

Julien, also try milsurps.com. It is a great site for older military rifles. There's a lot of very knowledgable and helpful guys over there.

If you are going to scope it like an M41b Swede, then the rear sight you have is what was used on them, that is if the sight is not white like they show up in your photo.
