Rifle Scopes Sightron 10-50x60 on Armalite AR-50???

What should I be worried about other than mirage and lack of elevation range in this scope. It's going on the 50 BMG but I'm not at a location where I'll be making 1000y+ shots. I found one for $950 shipped, mildot with mil/mil or moa/moa turrets, so it's competively priced. Thoughts?

I know a lot of guys who use the sightron 8-32 with .338 Lapua. Only thing that I don't like about the 10-50 is it is a two piece design. However a lot of scope manufactures utilize two piece designs, USO, IOR, etc.. Personally if I was going to put the time and effort of reloading and hauling a .50 cal around I would put a Nightforce on it.
