Which one would you get? It seems like you can find the sightron for $600 if you look hard enough and that's my price limit. So both cost about the same. Thanks guys.

Glass is better on the Sightron IMHO but the SS has alot of features like FFP and Turrets that match the rectile. It all depends on your usage. I own an SIII 6-24x50 and have no complaints. Tracking is impeccable and the glass is clear if not as clear as NF. I dont know where youre getting a price quote of $600 for the SIII but I sure would be careful buying one for that price. Min Ive ever seen a SIII 6-24x50 is $700 used. Good luck and welcome to the Hide.
