So I had a friend recommend one of these. So I thought I'd ask the general consensus, do they work? Are they worth it? I personally don't have a problem banging up my gear in genuine use, I'm not worried about scratches or paint. I do appreciate function however....

Re: Skid plate?

It isn't about keeping the rifle pretty at all, it's about giving it a degree of vibration absorption and slip control when shooting with the forearm against a hard surface. Bottom line is if you do that type of shooting, yes, they do work and yes, they are worth it.

Re: Skid plate?

Team Blaster has been using them since they first came out and its a GREAT piece of kit. It is light weight and pads the rifle to stop the movementt and bouncing.

You will be able to order the Skid Plate thru Impact Data Books in the very near future as we are going to be the main source for this product.
