I have a 327 performance center 2 inch revolver in 357/ 38 looking to get a new barrel for it but can't find any parts.

You didn't mention if you want an exact replacement or a barrel with a different length. What exactly are you looking for?
Well ideally I'd get a 4 inch and a 2 inch so I could pick and choose what to run when

Do you mean like a switch barrel? Or are you planning on buying two guns and just want spare parts?
Either way, unless they've changed, changing the barrel on the scandium Smiths isn't easy. As far as I know, it's a two piece system and requires some special tools to remove. And if you wanted a 4 inch, you'd need the shroud off the 329PD or 325TR and a custom barrel. All said and done, it'd be smarted to just buy more than 1 gun.
I'd like to have a second barrel on hand in case, a 2 inch backup from what I already have would be best for me.
Gemini Customs would probably make one for you but it would be pretty expensive. Also, colt python barrels can be fit to it
