I recently acquired an AICS mag loader from a forum member http://www.snipershide.com/shooting/threads/aics-mag-loading-tool.6885559/ many of us shoot 6 Dasher, and using AICS mags is great for shooting; but, sucks for loading those short cartridges, I've torn my trigger finger open at the base of my nail where the cuticle is, and it sucked. This loader makes loading easy, painless, and MUCH faster....which is why I feel they are similar to handgun speed loaders. I can load 6 dasher as fast as a 9mm in a 15 round clip with this tool. @smoooth1 has a great video showing how you can stack the ammo forward which some of our actions feed better with that orientation if you don't have a spacer. $19 shipped is a bargain too. I would buy another one if I lost mine.
