Before I get tagged for re-posting, I did multiple searches and none of them covered my questions! I use the Smooth-Kote & BP2000 on my barrels and like it, and I have read that you can use them on your slides, semi-auto bolt carriers, actions, bolts, triggers, etc. as a dry lube replacement for oils, but before I do that I wanted to see if anyone else has used these for those applications? and if you have, what did you think? Did it work well,did it smooth out the action, etc. etc. I would like to try it on my bolt lugs and action and on my slides but don't want to screw them up if this is false so any input is appreciated.
