Rifle Scopes SN-4 ring question

I want to put a USO SN-4 on my RobArms XCR. Are ARMS #22 low rings going to be high enough?

If you are interested in a new USO posa-slide and lock MK1, I will sell it to you for $100.00.

I felt like it was a little too low which is why I have not used it.
