Is there Sniper Training for civilians? and if so is there any in Pennsylvania, Ohio, or West Virginia???

There are a few companies that provide precision rifle shooting courses. Rifles Only is one of them. Im not sure about in ur area. RO is in texas and more than likely you'll have to travel.
