That annoying horn has been around in circuses, at parades, county fairs since I was a kid called the blaster horn. I ain't buyin any new name to the same old bullshit toy that is still made in China(the original ones were made in usa) or the crossed up multiculteralism bs that goes with it

They used to give them away (not as long but just as irritating) at Fenway park every so often, especially when the Yanks were in town, back in the 60's and 70's. Many was the time (wasted sadly...) where annoying New Englanders (redundant?) would blast away at the dreaded Yankees and their obnoxious fans!
For lameness beyond belief there is this,
