i live in central florida and was wondering if any of u gentleman might know of any long range shooting areas in the area, within reasonable driving distance. the best range ive found around here is 200yds and thats just about point and shoot, im looking for 5-600 yds right now but anything is appreciated =]

Bruce, here's another vote for going to the Manatee range. It's on SR 64 20 miles East of Bradenton. Great range and you can stretch things out to 1000yds if you want to.

There is a range in Bradford County near Starke. Supposed to be a 600-yard range there. Also trap and skeet, I believe.
