Hey guys,
I’m in a position that I’m going to assume many others are in where I don’t have the ability to put together a group of local buddies to consistently train with. Anyone who does consistent cardio and strength training knows what a game changing impact it has on your level of mountain/tactical performance and training with buddies always helps to lessen the grind. I have come to the conclusion that creating a Strava Run Club, Garmin Connect Group, and a Peloton Tag would be the best way to group up and put in some miles in a “group” where at least here is some sort of accountability and community. If anyone is interested the Strava Run Club, Garmin Connect Group, and Peloton Tag is listed below. I look forward to training with everyone.
