SO CAL 1000 YARD MATCH 8-30-09 at DESERT MARKSMAN RIFLE AND PISTOL CLUB near Palmdale ca.

This will be a prone paper match at 1000 yards Bring 50 rounds 20 shots for record + sighters.
If the weather is scorchen hot we may drop back to the 600 yard line.

This is an individual match with 3 classes 22-308 cal, Magnum-416. and 50 cal.

Plaques will given for 1st - 3rd in all 3 classes

You dont need a high dollar rifle for this match bring your hunting gun or what ever you have and come shoot entry fee is 25.00 pre match and 30.00 day of.

widowmakers no fee for spectating we welcome everyone to come and play Bring a rifle and shoot everyone is very helpful and welcoming. This is not an NRA sanction match just a fun shoot.

Adam, did you take first again bro with brad's old 338LM? Hope it was as fun as the last one!.....I know you didn't miss the bonus 950yd plate if you guys even shot at it! ha! ha!Sorry I missed it but hope to make the next one.

A big thanks to all of the shooters that participate and to the folks that help set up and take down, and a special thanks to Matt and Dana for the new score sheets and to the Major for printing the Certificates with out you there would be no match.

As we were packing up we were told to evacuate Immediately due to the fire being only 2 ridges over, hope there is a range still there for the next match on OCT 31st thanks again Alpine
