Today at the range I was told by a "Navy scout/sniper, turned contractor for the DoD" that my muzzle break increased the recoil on my AR and that I needed tactical gear on it.

I've personally never seen a sniper happy about a 10 shot 5 inch group at 100.(scoped weapon) I get pissed when I do that with irons..
