Sold. 700 tactical 223 barreled action.

10/16 - stock is sold. Barreled action remains. $425 shipped with walker trigger, $400 without.

Remington 700 tactical 223, 20" barrel with 1:9" rifling with a Walker trigger (I have the factory x-mark or x-mark pro if that is preferred)
Stock is an HS precision take off from a 700 PSS with two flush cups on the left side and two studs on the forearm. It has been duracoated green and PTG bottom metal for a detachable mag was fitted and is included.

I'm the second owner of the barreled action. The original owner sold it to me with less than 200 rounds reportedly fired and I shot approximately 50 rounds. It's boringly accurate with FGMM ammo. Scope was purchased new by me a few months back for this rifle and I have the box and paperwork.

Interested in a Rem 700 .30-06 sps in a a fully adjustable GRS Berserk stock? Stock alone runs about $600. I only shot 30 rounds for barrel break in, using cheap surplus ammo and was printing right about an inch @100. I just don't shoot it, too busy playing with my Tikkas and 700 in .300 ultra.

After getting on paper I shot some 69 grain federal gold medal match and it was right around an inch or so at 100. Then I shot some steel out to 300 yards for the remaining of the 50 rounds I put through it.

I like the idea of long range precision shooting but don't have regular access to a range to shoot long distance. This is the 3rd 700 tactical I've had. The first was a 223 and the second a 308. Sold them both. For me it's one of those things that seem like a good idea until I actually do it. Kind of like banging crazy chicks.

Blu printed action, 24” Shilen Barrel, 10 twist, Shilen Trigger set to 2.5 lbs. All metal professionally Duracoated black. Bell and Carlson BDL stock painted tan and green Krylon. Handy accurate deer and coyote rifle. Shot two deer with it a couple years ago then never used it. Shoots 85 gr Nosler Partitionsunder an inch. Less than 100 rounds fired.
