This is a new, never mounted, Area 419 15moa scope base for the Tikka T1x. It comes with the screws (still sealed in packaging) and unused torx wrench, as shown.
I bought two (30 and 15moa) in anticipation of getting the 17hmr and 22lr T1x, but ended up only getting the 22. So, this has just sat in my safe for a couple months.
