I have a almost new paradigm carbon barrel chambered by TS Customs.
The blanks are Rock Creek and then Paradigm uses their proprietary process to wrap the carbon. It is lighter and stiffer than a proof. Accuracy has been 3/8ish moa with factory 108 ELD-M. This came off my wife's rifle and I'm doing something different for her, selling for no other reason than to go to a different chambering.
