DD factory upper only. Will not come with flash hider (will throw in a bird cage if I have one) or QD cup attachment. I put probably 800 rounds down it and previous owner claimed the same. Bore scoped it and I dont see any cause for concern. If you manage to shoot one out DD replaces the barrel as long as you send the burnt out one for examination.
