I recently grabbed a Remington 700 varmint rifle (1968 vintage) out of a gun shop. This stock and scope were on the rifle. I have no use for them and happy to pass them on cheap to somebody who can. How about $75 shipped for the stock and the optic. Stock is a factory Rem varmint BDL (keeping the bottom metal). Definitely used but no cracks. Optic is a Nichols Bullet 3-9x22. Duplex reticle. Includes Weaver rings. Glass is clear. Elevation and Windage turrets have good clicks. Tube body and elevation cap show good wear. Maybe throw it on a .22. PP preferred. Thanks for looking. Nick-

I wonder if my 6.5 creedmoor m700 5r tactical would drop in so I'd have a traditional stock for hunting.
