Im not the greatest shooter by any means, and have gotten regular 1/2 moa groups with factory match ammo, with plenty of sub 1/2 moa and some 1/4 moa groups too. Rifle minus scope and bipod weighs 9.8 lbs. I used it for one season of hunting so it does have some light scuffs/scratches, but nothing real noticeable-purely cosmetic.
