As the line states, but it can be with or without a set of Seekins Precision Low rings. Scope is almost perfect, with only a few very small marks on it from shooting in matches and hunting. It comes with the box and all the paperwork that it came with. The only thing missing, seems to be the sunshade. We just recently moved, so I don't have a clue where it is now.
