Sold - Winchester Model 70 action - $350 shipped

This is a used model 70 short action with a magnum bolt face. I bought it off a guy locally with the intention of building on, but I've never gotten around to it. Not sure what year it was made, but it is one of the "hybrid" actions. I don't know what the technical name for it is, but it's controlled round feed with a mechanical ejector, but doesn't have the big claw extractor. Comes with a 20 moa badger ordnance rail and the factory synthetic stock with blind internal magazine.

From that serial number it should be post 1992 manufacture. Checkout midwestgunworks.com for serial number info. I have a 1951 Model 70 in 375 H&H. I love that gun. Killed deer on Kodiak Island with it out to 253yds (300gr A-frame). Bear hunt that turned into a deer hunt.
