This is a Bushmaster factory 14.5 M4 SBR upper manufactured in 2003-2004. Includes BCG and CH. Was part of a local police department trade in/upgrade program. The department upgraded to DD rifles and I acquired all the old bushmaster rifles. According to the department these were zeroed and qualified with and then never touched again and sat in the back of a cruiser/storage for the last 18 years. Maybe 100-200 total rounds fired.
