I mean... you're not wrong on the demographic numbers, but the cold hard fact that - almost exclusively - the railroading of constitutional rights, medical freedom, etc., that we all see happening has been ushered in by white politicians (often to placate but not actually help minorities) -- and among them overwhelmingly career white male politicians who should have been term-limited out of office decades ago. I don't blame a single black person for voting Democrat or feeling as if their government doesn't care about them. Overwhelmingly, minorities - in particular black people - simply want to see someone like them representing them in government. Right now, most of the people that get through to the ballot are Democrats. There are tons of conservative black people. They're not being elevated to office.
I blame every single white person in government for speaking around and over black people no matter their party. And I blame the lack of term limits as the single most influential (lack of) policy that has negated minority voices (because it is damn near impossible to even get on the ballot to run for office let alone win against a career incumbent who won't leave). POC conservatives are relegated to being Daily Wire talking heads, YouTubers, or Podcasters. The ones that would be great politicians never become one - just like whites - because the barrier to get into an office and do something is so huge and the biggest part is the career politician salivating with power who will not find a real job after a decade of public service. It holds this country back.
