Out here in the Northwest, there's a club chain of 'a little bit of everything' stores called Bi Mart. They generally have better prices than Walmart and I find their selection to be satisfactory for most of my needs.
During this craziness, their sporting goods section has always looked like looters regularly visit.
Lately, powder and primers have returned to their shelves. I just picked up two pounds of Retumbo for $23.99 / pound. Damn, I appreciate them.
