Someone murdered Charlie Kirk

He's one of probably numerous people that ought to be charged with Conspiracy to Commit Murder, if that hasn't already happened.
Or accessory after the fact (or deed.) Attempting to distract agents and police with a false confession so that the real killer could get away is aiding and abetting a felon. He told the cops to shoot him. In my poetic justice imagining, he also gets the death penalty and the judge says, "Finally, you get what you were asking for."

So, Utah uses lethal injection or the alternative of firing squad. I know one person here said it but I could imagine all the volunteers asking for live rounds, their souls at rest and the creeps are turned into swiss cheese.

What a wondering is the route that the accused took from that hiding spot behind Kirk's right side to the roof top to drop down the building. What about cameras inside that building? We may not get to see those.

Just remember, any precedent that is set now will be used when a Democratic president is in office.
Obama and Biden were already doing exactly that, to include going after Republican PACs with IRS audits and shut-downs, then the legal system used against Trump to try to prevent him from running again in 2024.

Marxists have already been weaponizing the institutions against us for over a century, even creating many of the institutions that are nowhere found in the Constitution.

I refuse to usurp the power of God, but would love to be in charge of the prison in which he'll be housed—solitary confinement, padded room, and nothing but the audio of the entire Charlie Kirk collection playing on 24 hour loop until he dies.

You must be an expert

You and I are not enemies. Stop trying to change that please
I think the bone of contention may revolve around your description of CKs contractions being an attempt to pray when it was actually the result that others described here, plus I believe the shot nicked the brain stem. So, I think at least one person is doubting that your description is accurate, though it may help you feel better. And I say that as a person who believes in God but I have my limitations, as well.

I inherited some things from my mother such as "May God have mercy on your soul. I will not."

They count Oklahoma City Murrah Bldg bombing as a right wing extremist terrorist act, which is simply false.

Even if it was it still doesn't have anything to do with Charlie Kirk being shot by a homicidal faggot furry, or the trans weirdos shooting up churches/schools and killing little kids. Or all the weird ass politics we've had to put up with like gender bender shit in schools and cross dressers claiming to be "women" and men in women's sports. And the 20 years of non stop leftwing tantrums whether it was anti-bush, or anti-cops, or anti-trump.

I'm not disagreeing with you at all it's just that Republicans can't afford to play along with the Democrat whataboutism. The "but but but (something that happened years ago)". Republicans need to say "enough of your bullshit, fuck you, the leftwing lunacy is no longer allowed" and then do something to at least slow it down.

1) It's a job they're actually qualified for (unlike most jobs they get in government, education, HR where they just drive everybody nuts etc)

2) It pays well (financial independence yay)

3) Sole proprietorship - make your own hours, work from home

Exactly right, it's frustrating because when it comes to left vs right the Republicans keep bringing a knife to a gunfight. Trump needs to flex some serious power and do it right now.

Sure! Let’s break this down into two separate topics: college football and TIG welding.

College Football

College football is a hugely popular sport in the U.S. and is a key part of the American sports culture. Here are some key points about it:

  1. The Structure: College football is played by teams representing universities and colleges, typically in the fall. The teams compete in various conferences, like the Southeastern Conference (SEC), Big Ten, Pac-12, and others.
  2. NCAA: The governing body for college sports in the U.S. is the NCAA (National Collegiate Athletic Association). College football is divided into different divisions (FBS, FCS, etc.), with the highest level being FBS (Football Bowl Subdivision), which is where the top teams play.
  3. Bowl Games & Playoffs: At the end of the season, the best teams compete in bowl games (e.g., Rose Bowl, Sugar Bowl), and now the top four teams compete in a College Football Playoff to determine the national champion.
  4. Notable Programs: Schools like Alabama, Ohio State, Notre Dame, and Clemson are known for their elite football programs, with passionate fanbases.
  5. Player Development: College football serves as a feeder system to the NFL (National Football League). Many top players use college football as a stepping stone to professional careers.
  6. Game Atmosphere: College football games often have a unique energy, with large stadiums, marching bands, cheerleaders, and tailgating parties. School pride is a huge factor, and rivalries (like Michigan vs. Ohio State or Alabama vs. Auburn) make for some of the most intense games.

TIG Welding (Tungsten Inert Gas Welding)

TIG welding is a method of welding that is commonly used for precise and high-quality welds. It's known for producing strong, clean, and aesthetically pleasing welds. Here's a quick rundown:

  1. The Process:
    • Tungsten Electrode: In TIG welding, a non-consumable tungsten electrode is used to create the arc that melts the base material.
    • Inert Gas Shielding: The weld area is shielded by an inert gas, usually argon or helium, to protect the molten metal from contamination by the atmosphere (especially oxygen).
    • Filler Rod: In some cases, a filler rod is used to add material to the weld, but the welder can also weld without filler, relying on the base material to form the weld.
  2. Precision: TIG welding is ideal for materials that require precision, like stainless steel, aluminum, and thin metals. It’s used in industries like aerospace, automotive, and even art.
  3. Pros:
    • Produces high-quality, clean, and aesthetically pleasing welds.
    • The welder has great control over the heat and filler material.
    • Works well on a wide range of materials, from thin sheets to thick metals.
  4. Cons:
    • Requires more skill and experience than some other welding techniques like MIG welding.
    • It's slower, as it requires careful attention and multiple steps.
  5. Applications: Commonly used in situations where a high-quality finish is needed. This includes welding pipes, stainless steel fabrication, automotive repairs, and even high-end art projects.
  6. Learning Curve: It takes time to get good at TIG welding, as it demands a steady hand and precision. However, for those who master it, it offers incredible versatility and high-quality results.

Comparison

  • Involvement: College football involves teams, players, coaches, and fans working together to win games and championships, while TIG welding is more individualistic—it's about mastering a skill and creating precise, strong welds.
  • Skill & Practice: Both require skill and practice. Football players need teamwork and physical strength, while TIG welders need focus, patience, and hand-eye coordination.
  • Impact: College football impacts communities and universities through pride, entertainment, and sometimes financial support. TIG welding, on the other hand, plays a critical role in industries that require strong, reliable, and clean welds, like manufacturing and construction.
Are you more interested in one of these than the other? Or maybe you're curious about how they could be connected in a project or hobby?
Didn't give a rip about the football, but you started speaking my language at welding!! I was a welder for the beloved U.S Navy for a minute. Had a good time doing it. You give me a rod and electrode with either SMAW or GTAW, there wasn't many joints I could't do, almost perfectly, in any position. Particculary SMAW overhead. I had that shit dialed 😁🤜

Don't put him before a firing squad or CO2 or injection, whatever way its done now. That's WAY too easy. Let him suffer in absolute solitude, no visitors, for THE REST OF HIS LIFE listening to Charlie Kirks message on repeat! That's what i'm talkin' about!

To be clear, I made no mention of it being an attempt to pray.
My opinion may indeed not be accurate. This is why I said it is what I see.
While it does encourage me to know when I die that I will be with Jesus immediately upon completion of my final breath, the comment was not meant to be emotional or to "make me feel better".

It remains to be what I see.

discrimination is a thought process. shouldn't be illegal. it is,so. the restaurant example is a use of your private property issue. IMHO shouldn't be subject to gov control unless there is interference with another private plot or some significant environmental issue arises, which is technically watched by EPA. side issue but that is a joke. wind farms, solar farms and, yes, industrial agriculture are just 3 of several environmental abortions.
just because a law or act is passed doesn't mean it is consistent with original intent, individual rights, freedom of expression or liberty of any kind. i would say that most laws are pretty much anti liberty and set to increase the power, influence, control and wealth of politicians and bureaucrats.
the voting rights act is a dif thing. should be open to all,non felon, citizens of a designated age. that should be under gov mandate.
if you believe that all acts and laws are just and necessary then i have some high dry land in so.cent FL that might interest you.,

Discriminatory thought and a lot of discriminatory speech is not illegal. Some discriminatory actions are—for example, refusing to serve someone based on race, gender, age, or religion. Or firing someone based on those things. These are all protected classes under the law. You are totally free to post about how you hate someone for their religion or their skin color on a gun forum. But that isn't the same thing as a grocery store telling someone to leave because they're black or an employer firing someone because they're Christian.

Your opinion is that, "[that] shouldn't be subject to gov control...". That's cool and all. But that isn't the law. And it's been well-established law for a long time. If you don't like it, you're free to take it up with the Supreme Court.

Having thought about this a little, I lean in the direction that he did have advance knowledge of the murder. It is debatable, I understand and accept that. But what causes me to think he did have advance knowledge is that immediately after the shot was fired, he started yelling "I did it, I did it". IIRC, it happened so quickly that he was taken down by bystanders and the Police had not even gotten to him yet.

It seems like anyone that did not have advance knowledge would not have had enough time to process what had just happened, make the decision to "obstruct justice" and start yelling "I did it". He just doesn't strike me as being that smart or quick on his feet mentally.

Again, I could be wrong. I'm going off of my woman's intuition and a large dose of Occam's Razor. I do believe that if there is any validity to my theory, it will come out as this case and the prosecution of it progresses. In any event, it was a real shitbag thing for any human being to do and I hope he is prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

I agree with your argument 100%, because his response was immediate, but apparently the FBI does not. I guess he wasn't among the 15 in the discord group that the FBI knew had foreknowledge, but maybe some e

This is why I have officially gone on record as supporting the name change for UVU to Charlie Kirk University.

I want to purge Marxists, pedophiles, and mentally-ill from our universities. A professor should never open their mouth in the positive about Karl Marx in any institution. It should be a sign of mental illness or derangement, and ill-will towards your fellow men.

Karl Marx’s early poems:

“Thus Heaven I’ve forfeited, I know it full well.
My soul, once true to God, Is chosen for Hell.”
The Pale Maiden, 1837

“Look now, my blood-dark sword shall stab
Unerringly within thy soul…
The hellish vapours rise and fill the brain,
Till I go mad and my heart is utterly changed.
See the sword—the Prince of Darkness sold it to me.
For he beats the time and gives the signs.
Ever more boldly I play the dance of death.”
The Player, 1841

Here’s a great article about Karl Marx’s influences and obsession with satan.

As you've seen, I have no firm opinion on it (yet). I also have seen instances in the past where it seems the FBI/LE initially dismisses something, but later on, they reverse their stance. I think it's too early to tell how this will go. Once again, I have no way of knowing, but I wouldn't be surprised.
