Spanish FR-7 ?

Has anybody got a good source of parts for an FR-7 carbine? I've googled 'til I'm blue in the face and can find very little info on these. I bought one in very good condition, except that some hillbilly hacksawed off the top 1/3 of the front sight hood. So far no luck in finding a replacement...

I think the front sight comes from the cetme rifle, check the cetme parts...good luck with the search..

Nice rifles. I had large ring FR8 in 308 and wished I'd never had sold it. Try this forum for lots of info.

I think they knew they were going to the cetme, and the fr-8 was a stop gap.

so they used the same sites for training purposes,
see if you can get a cetme parts dirt cheap

The FR-7 is a 93 Mauser.Cempte bbl.Stock should be modified 93 Mauser.
