Yes, it is. Halo over 1. Better for weapons mount

S/n. 28. Not bad

Resolution. 64. Well, it ain't 72 but it's okay

The big question . . . How does it look? Is it clean?

How much scintillation does it have on a dark night?

The specs don't tell everything. I have seen new high spec tubes that look worse than some omni v era tubes.

But can you tell the difference between 64lp and 72lp in the field? Not me... All other things being equal.
( not knocking you, just using your post so it didn't sound like mine came out of no where)

Looks good, but that's relative to the price you are paying for it I suppose.

And I heard ^^^ this guy ^^^ has a nice PVS-14 for sale soon, nice tube, but a little fuzzy on the edges...

I concur with what has been posted above. These are great specifications for a generation 3 unit. We would consider this a "hand select" unit.
There is an argument that the human eye cannot see the difference between 64 lp and 72 lp. Basically know you are getting 20/20 vision at night.
The signal to noise ratio is great. Really anything over 25 is ideal. The higher the number the better.
How is the image quality? Are there spots, shading, chicken wire, etc etc. If you have a high performing system but a spot in zone 1... that would be a deal breaker for me.
EBI is decent/ great but not outstanding. Now i'm just nit picking. :)
Looks like a great data sheet - hold onto the unit for dear life!

Sorry to but in but I just purchased a d760 pinnacle and the data sheet has columns where it says ( reading and minimum and maximum) . Is the reading what im looking for ? It has under reading - halo max 0.97 - ebi phot max 1.13 - 2x10-6fc(k) max 55787 - resolution 72 -fom max 1994.4 - s/n 27.7 are these numbers good. The picture is pretty darn clear to me but im used to gen2 so it doesnt take much to please me
