Caveat - I purchased this from another member who said he screwed the shade on very tight so it wouldn’t unscrew if rotating the objective scope cover.
It is on tight enough that I do not want to risk unscrewing myself. I do like the shade on myself so it is not an issue for me. It may be for you, hence full disclosure.
