Just mounted my 34 mm zero moa/mil mount and have roughly
3/8" high off the front handgaurd to bottom scope. I did this thinking
For future picatinney rail but looks high w/o. Will this effect accuracy or within tolorences?

Height of scope above the barrel or handguard does not affect accuracy of the rifle, just as long as everything is properly aligned and torqued.

If your high scope causes you to have a poor/inconsistent cheek weld, then the overall accuracy of the system (shooter+weapon) may be negatively affected.
