It was sold with Vectronix units for a while. Ashbury made it and sells it.

It costs about what an identical weight of gold does last time I looked.

Not a fuckin chance I would get that over a RRS head and a good set of carbon fiber legs.

Or even PIG0311 legs.

So that may work out. But it usually doesn’t.

Night vision shit, laser rangefinders, and tripod/heads are the three places to get the wallet out the first go.

When you spend $100 on a cheap tripod, all it did was made the good tripod $100 more expensive.

That said, if you hit craigslist you can score a tripod made by Manfrotto and that works well.
