Spotting scope tripod $200 budget

In the market for a tripod to use with a spotting scope (65 ounces) or binos. I can get a Vortex Pro Gt for $180. Is there any other tripods I should consider?

I really really really like my night stalker by night goggles. Its purpose built for rifles but also can be used with spotting scope etc. Prett lightweight, carbon fiber, nice case, very adjustable! Just an option.

I bought a used Promaster XC525 for around $200. . Slik makes some nice stuff too, I prefer twist locks so just be careful on which slik you're looking at to make sure you are buying what you think you are.
