Son and I had a good start to the NC Spring season. Rained 5" here this opening weekend but we got it done between weather for a couple good ones. Man I love turkey hunting. With only a month season a year I never get tired of calling and stalking Toms.

Had some fun a couple years back during season 4 here in IA! Hope to repeat this year. Kinda crazy story, I was 20 yds from the other 2 guys and we all shot at exactly the same time without any communication. Could have shot all 6 out in the field within 40 yds…

He made that from an old fan and an old shell jake. First real try at using a shoot and scoot. My knees are too old for that stuff
