I have a question about the spuhr sic chassis short action. I saw that some remington700 clones may require the LCP hbar model. Does anyone know what LCP is? I understand if you have a thicker barrel then a heavy varmint contour then u need the hbar chassis. ....unfortunately you loose the top connections for the spuhr mounts....which I would need.
I'm assuming the (6.5cm)competition contours from Proof won't fit the standard chassis,? I'm not familiar with the specific dimensions of a heavy varmint vs competition,mtu,m24...etc...
Most videos like from area419 appear to have a heavy contour in their setup and with the standard handguard.
