Rifle Scopes Spuhr SP-4001 or SR-4000 rings?

Newbie here. Currently have the new Bergara HMR Pro in 6.5 on order. Will be running a 20 moa base on it ( one with recoil lug). Scope will be a razor hd 4.5-27x56.

Obviously I don’t have the gun and can not take measurements, but I am set on Spurh mount or rings.

Want as low as possible with the ability to run sunshade and caps.

Will the one inch rings SR-4000 work or will I need to move up to the SP-4001 1.181 inch mount?

I am sure that the 1" rings will do just fine.
