Like New CantiLever Spuhr Mount. (As you can see in the Pics) Model SP-4016 with 1.5" Height and 0 MOA Slope. Used with 34mm Tubes.

I decided to switch to a 30mm tube scope set-up and I sold the scope that I was using with this mount so I no longer need this mount.

These are hard to find and sell for $450 plus shipping and sales tax if you find one. Mine is a great Deal.
