Rifle Scopes SS 10X or Millett TRS 10x 50mm

Wich one is th better quality scope and why. Both are the same price. Any help would be great.

i have a millett. if i was gonna just get a 10x, id get the SS cause it looks smaller, may be lighter too. the millett seems huge. i like it so far. it was dusk and i could still see clearly when i shot last
