I buddy of mine has a clone g3 that he wants to get rid of,when he got it he had a buddy of his who worked in the armory for the aarmy look it over and fix any problems he seen in it, now I have shot this gun and it worked flawless,he wants to trade me even up for my stag model 3,my question to u guys is this a good deal I have no exp with the g3 so any info would be great

So, let me get this right you are going to trade a stag g3 for a clone. Sorry but what sense does that make. There has to be some reason your buddy isnt telling you if he wants to trade a clone for the original. Just my .50 cents it just doesnt make sense.

I believe he's talking about a G3 clone(i.e. CETME). His buddy has one and wants to trade him for his Stag AR straight up.
To the OP- If it's a Century Arms, don't trade shit. If you want a G3 "clone", get a JLD Enterprises or a real HK91. They're great rifles. Mags are about the cheapest out there.
