Looking for a starting charge weight for a Remington 700 .223

I have 2 pounds N133 to start off with

It looks to be a flat based bullet, 50 grains. The bottom is not flat it is actually a little concave

My Lee manual is stating 24.1 gr starting load max 25.9
My Hornaday manual is stating 19.8 gr starting load and 23.7 max

Can someone with more experience than me double check that info

The two Lee reloading manuals are pretty close. It’s the Hornady manual that is way off

Going to start at 23.2 gr and work up in .3 grain Increments

The books are saying 34 to 3500 ft./s
