Anyone on here have a contact at Steiner e-Optics?

I got an RMA in early December and sent my DBAL-PL in to them in Ohio. Unit was draining battery power while turned off.

No responses for a while, phones aren't answered, so I thought I'd ask for a contact here. Please don't bring up the COVID excuse.

You are correct Steiner is in Colorado - I know because I live here and have been to their offices - but their e-Optics service center is in Ohio.
