I have sold a good amount of these but I haven't had enough time behind similarly priced optics to know if it is good bang for the buck for hunters. Anyone done a review or had some personal time on one? I have one in hand and one for sale on the PX but again, it is the least expensive scope I own by far so I have nothing to compare it to.

Curious as well. Looking at maybe getting one.

Not sure, I know optics trade eu made the rangers series the top low light scope In their prices classes in recent test. Ranger series seems to be a Europe only scope but it looks a lot like The predator series and the hx4i not sure

Mine just arrived. It is super light, glass is crisp and clear, illumination gets overpowering towards max setting. Overall, first impressions are positive.

Some pictures. Turrets are really nice, takes just enough effort to turn where they probably won’t be bumped but they’re capped too. Illumination has a divider for night/day setting, parallax down to 20-infinity.

Thanks for the feedback and pictures! Those turrets can absolutely be left uncapped if you prefer it that way. They're completely sealed and waterproof so no worries. I'm interested to hear about the setup you plan to use it on.

Thanks for choosing Steiner!

Curious if these scopes are the same as the ranger series that you offer in Europe ?

Going to bump this up as I'm wrapping up a 100-300 yard DMR build and looking at the 2.5-10 as an option for glass.

We have sold many of the Steiner Predator 4's and the feedback we have received is that for the $$$ there's really nothing that compares. We have also heard that folks are surprised they do not hear more about Steiner Hunting series products (which we blame on Steiners weak marketing)
